Requirements:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Croatian language skills preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the power needs of our company's facilities and develop plans for efficient power distribution
- Design electrical systems such as lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and provide cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulations related to power systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the company's power systems
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of the company's power systems
- Regularly inspect equipment for potential malfunctions or failures
- Develop maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in technology
- Train junior engineers on best practices in design and maintenance
- Communicate regularly with management and provide progress reports on projects
- Participate in meetings and provide input on power system related matters
