We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collector to join our team in Osijek. As a collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from clients while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with clients in English on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans with clients who are unable to make full payments
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions for difficult or delinquent accounts

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
- Must be able to work without accommodation
