Heavy Equipment Operator


We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently operate the equipment to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform regular maintenance on the equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Use various hand tools to make minor repairs when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the equipment
- Complete assigned tasks within the given time frame
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and instructions
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Preference:
We prefer candidates who have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or mining environment. However, all qualified applicants will be considered.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. Therefore, we are only considering candidates who are already residing in Ufa or willing to relocate at their own expense.
