Sales Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentorship
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and quality products/services
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
