We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together according to detailed specifications. Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping as necessary
- Use various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal parts together
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or imperfections
- Follow safety procedures at all times and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
