We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to specific designs and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to technical drawings
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welders
- Monitor machine settings to ensure proper welds
- Inspect welded structures for defects or deviations from specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina and strength to work with heavy machinery and materials
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Valid work permit or own visa for working in Chelyabinsk

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution
- Experience working with stainless steel or aluminum
- Familiarity with different types of welding equipment
