Equipment Operator in Ashdod, Israel


We are hiring an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all safety protocols and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes according to instructions provided by supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Experience with bulldozers, excavators, and cranes preferred
- Valid biometric passport required for non-local candidates
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Good communication skills in order to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also be required to work weekends or overtime depending on project deadlines. However, we offer competitive compensation including benefits such as accommodation for non-local candidates.
