As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction and manufacturing projects. This includes but is not limited to forklifts, cranes, bulldozers, and excavators. Your role will involve both operating equipment and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure their proper functioning.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Following all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
- Conducting pre-operation checks on equipment and reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as changing fluids and replacing parts
- Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure the smooth flow of operations
- Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting any shortages or damages
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination. You should also have a good understanding of safety procedures when operating heavy machinery.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience as an Equipment Operator (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Strong physical endurance to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1800 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. This is a full-time position.

This position is based in Ashdod, Israel.
