Commercial Architect - Vilnius, Egypt or Nepal

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Egypt or Nepal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects, ensuring they meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial architecture and possess strong technical skills in drafting, 3D modeling, and project management. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of proposed designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with contractors and builders during construction to ensure plans are being followed accurately
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals involved in the project
