Senior Commercial Architect


We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for a commercial building project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being followed accurately
- Communicate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure a smooth construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to the design
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and timelines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Vilnius

Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it. We also welcome female applicants for this position. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Vilnius.
