Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an office and be proficient in English. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Filipinos with their own visa are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Oversee the hiring process for new employees and manage employee records
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior management
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management role
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Filipino nationality preferred with own visa
Salary: 1500$ per month
