Team Lead - Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Funchal, Portugal. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and providing top-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management.
- Ensure that team members are meeting their goals and providing excellent customer service.
- Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss performance, goals, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and handle conflicts or issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 USD per month.

This job is located in Funchal, Portugal. Candidates must be able to work without accommodation.
