Junior Architectural Technologist - Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside experienced architects and designers on a variety of projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or Revit software
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring existing buildings
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of project deliverables
- Research building codes and standards to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with conducting feasibility studies and preparing reports
- Support senior technologists in coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
