Plumber Technician

The Plumber Technician will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair services for plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in the plumbing industry, with knowledge of various tools and techniques used in the trade. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work in tight spaces. The Plumber Technician must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month, located in Almada, Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, etc.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions
- Read blueprints and follow building codes
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Educate clients on proper maintenance of their plumbing systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a plumber or relevant trade
- Ability to use various tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, drills, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical strength and ability to work in tight spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
- Biometric passport for international travel (if non-EU citizen)
- Accommodation provided (if needed)
