We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge for our luxury hotel in Svalbard. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting them with various requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with booking reservations, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked front desk area
- Keep track of guest preferences to personalize their experience
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the local area and its attractions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
