Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to project managers
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, schedules, and other important information
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and practices
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
