Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Monte-Carlo. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or delays
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare reports for upper management on project progress, budget status, risks, and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1300$ per month.
