Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager must have excellent communication and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Nepali candidates are preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, issues, and changes
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong leadership skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Nepali candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome. This position does not require English proficiency or provide accommodation. Part-time arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
