We are searching for a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing team in Akron, Ohio. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to shape and cut metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different types of lathes and mills, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining operations
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished parts
- Inspect completed parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain machines by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. The salary for this role is $1700 per month. Please note that this position does not require English proficiency or previous experience. Accommodation will not be provided.
