Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Akron

A luxury hotel in Akron is seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations and information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other establishments
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Akron, USA
