Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with knowledge of statistical analysis and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using various statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements for data analysis.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R or other programming languages used for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. In addition to the competitive salary, we also offer accommodation for our employees.

Location:
The role is located in Almada, a beautiful coastal city in Portugal known for its historic sites and stunning beaches. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
