Excavator Operator

We are hiring experienced Excavator Operators to join our team in the United States. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials in construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and holes as per project specifications
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyor belts
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Coordinate with other team members to complete project tasks efficiently
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials used and work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Valid excavator operator license
- Ability to operate various types of excavators and other heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
