Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager (Acre, Israel)


We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Acre, Israel. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract job with an initial salary of 1600$, with the potential for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Israel or the Middle East region
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate to Acre if not already residing there
