Preservation Architect

We are currently hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and structures. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural history and techniques for preserving and protecting historic structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings to identify preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for maintaining the integrity of historic structures
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation
- Conducting research on architectural history and materials used in historic structures
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in historic preservation projects
- Strong understanding of architectural history and techniques for preserving historic structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (accommodation provided)
