levels Preservation Architect
The Preservation Architect will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures in the city of Beer-Sheva. This position requires a strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques, as well as experience in restoration projects. The Preservation Architect will work closely with city officials and other stakeholders to ensure that historical buildings are preserved in a way that maintains their integrity while also meeting modern building standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with biometric passports and must be able to communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on architectural history, materials, and techniques related to historic buildings
- Develop preservation plans for historic buildings and structures
- Collaborate with city officials and stakeholders to ensure preservation plans are implemented correctly
- Oversee restoration projects, including managing budgets and timelines
- Utilize biometric passports to accurately document historical features
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders in English
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on restoration projects
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques
- Experience working with biometric passports preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for preserving historical buildings
Salary: 1000$ per month
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (preference for Indian candidates)
