Job Title: Experienced Barista

We are searching for an experienced Barista to join our team in the vibrant city of Lisbon. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in drink quality by following recipes and utilizing proper techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area including brewing equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Restock inventory as needed to ensure availability of supplies for daily operations
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all products meet health standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
