Senior Architect - Braga, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process from concept to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Oversee and manage the work of junior architects and drafters
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
