Entry-level Merchandiser in Herzliya

As an entry-level merchandiser in Herzliya, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of product displays and promotions for our company. Your main goal will be to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that all products are accurately displayed and stocked on the sales floor. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing product displays that attract customers
- Ensure all products are accurately priced, labeled, and stocked on the sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure all displays are maintained and restocked as needed
- Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of retail math and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Herzliya, Israel (open to Malayalees and Kenyans)

Language Requirement: No English required (basic Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
