We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces for finishing
- Apply paint, varnish or other finishes using manual or automated techniques
- Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure an even finish
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of color theory and mixing paints/varnishes
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time-management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
