Indian Restaurant Manager in Acre, Israel


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant and ensuring high-quality food and service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and budget management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Hire, train, and schedule staff according to business needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials based on customer feedback and market trends
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and team building activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Proficient in budget management, inventory control, and labor cost analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hebrew or Hindi is a plus
