We are searching for an experienced and skilled Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Braga. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and timely customer service through various communication channels including live chat, email and phone. You will be the main point of contact for our online customers, helping them navigate through our products and services, answering their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and possess excellent communication skills. A biometric passport is required for this position as you may need to travel internationally on behalf of the company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email and phone
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of online platforms
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
