Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to relocate to Braga, Portugal if not currently residing there
