Senior JAVA Developer


The Senior JAVA Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires a strong understanding of JAVA programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with database design and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as a JAVA Developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. The location for this role is in Ashdod, Israel.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using JAVA programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and provide technical expertise
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Mentor junior developers to help them grow their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a JAVA Developer
- Proficiency in JAVA programming languages such as Java EE or Spring Framework
- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular.js)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Certification in JAVA programming or related technology
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
