As a Senior Architect based in Herzliya, Israel, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects within the company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all architectural designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
- Create detailed design plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the selection of materials and construction methods for each project
- Manage and coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve all architectural plans and drawings before they are submitted for approval
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and best practices in Israel
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
