Industrial Architect
The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other related structures. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of industrial architecture, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for industrial buildings that meet the functional requirements of clients while adhering to safety standards and building codes
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project requirements
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of industrial buildings
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to incorporate innovative design solutions into projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from various disciplines
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (foreigners welcome)
