Merchandiser - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are hiring a merchandiser to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and delivery of goods for our company. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and retail stores to ensure that our products are produced and delivered on time and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and place orders for materials and products
- Plan production schedules and monitor the progress of production to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and consumer demands
- Collaborate with design teams to develop new product ideas that align with market trends
- Review product samples to ensure they meet quality standards before production
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Work closely with retail stores to plan displays and promotions for new products
- Prepare reports on sales data, inventory levels, and product performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry
- Strong communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and collaborating with teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: $1000 USD/month (with accommodation provided)
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
