Job Title: Office Manager

We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as experience in office management and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing budgets, handling payroll and invoicing, and providing administrative support to the team. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
