Masonry Construction Worker

We are hiring a skilled Masonry Construction Worker to join our team in Lom, Egypt. As a Masonry Construction Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various structures using brick, stone, and other materials. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, and we welcome applications from both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces
- Lay bricks or stones in a pattern according to plans
- Cut or trim bricks or stones to fit around windows, doors, or other openings
- Use hand tools or saws to cut materials as needed
- Repair existing masonry structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Clean and polish finished surfaces using hand or power tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or similar role in construction
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials and their uses
- Skilled in using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Attention to detail with precision in measurements and layouts
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Lom, Egypt.

Preference:

Language Requirements:
This job requires proficiency in English as it involves working with international clients. Fluency in Arabic is also preferred.
