Facade Technician for Indian Nationals in Moscow

We are hiring a Facade Technician to join our team in Moscow. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the highest quality standards are met and that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems according to building plans and specifications
- Repair damaged facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure their longevity
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop effective facade solutions
- Utilize various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Facade Technician or in a related field is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Strong understanding of facade construction methods, materials, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in facade installation and repair
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, climbing, lifting, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing project needs
