Facade Engineer


A reputable construction company in Moscow is seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of exterior building facades. This position requires strong technical knowledge and expertise in facade systems and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary information for facade design
- Design and develop detailed facade plans, including calculations and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design
- Monitor construction progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Review project budget and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade engineering or design
- Solid understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision making
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
