Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or social media platforms
- Provide accurate and timely information on our products and services
- Assist clients with technical issues related to our online platform
- Monitor client feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
