Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations at our fine dining restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and developing new menus, managing food costs and inventory, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality dishes
- Monitor food costs and inventory to maintain profitability
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed in the kitchen
- Oversee purchasing of ingredients and supplies from local vendors
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times to meet health code standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments and vendors
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Lahore, Pakistan
