IT Manager

As an IT Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry advancements and finding innovative solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement technology strategies in line with company goals
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Evaluate new technologies for potential implementation and make recommendations to senior management
- Ensure data backup processes are in place and regularly tested
- Manage relationships with external vendors for support services
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and recommend upgrades or changes to improve efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, procedures, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, network systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in information technology or related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (accommodation provided)
