Architecture Manager



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our architectural projects in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to lead a team and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from design and development to construction and completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Review plans and designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture
- Manage project budget and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$
