Senior Architect

A reputable architecture firm in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that meet the client's requirements and align with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the design process, including conceptualization, development, and construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for each project.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are feasible.
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular quality checks on designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in architecture, materials, technology, and sustainability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an architect in a reputable firm.
- Proven track record of managing complex architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for design development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Strong leadership skills to guide junior architects and designers.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, sustainability practices, materials selection & specifications.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month for the right candidate. This position is open for candidates who have their own visa or are willing to transfer their current visa to our company. This is an urgent job opening, and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
