Entry Level Fitter

As an Entry Level Fitter, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. This includes performing basic tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling pipes, valves, and fittings. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory. This position is based in Bergen and offers a starting salary of $900 per month.

As an Entry Level Fitter, your main duties will include working alongside experienced fitters to learn the necessary skills and techniques for the job. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read technical drawings. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
