Office Assistant for Foreigners in St. Petersburg
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our international team in St. Petersburg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, both in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, scanning, and printing
- Help with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
