Our fitness center in Izhevsk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing personalized fitness programs for our clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and medical history. You will also provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to help our clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, current fitness level, and any health concerns or limitations
- Develop customized workout plans that align with each client's specific needs and goals
- Monitor and track client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as necessary to ensure safety and prevent injury
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to help them push past their limits and achieve optimal results
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and how it relates to achieving their fitness goals

Requirements:

- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their lives through fitness
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience (certification from a recognized organization preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work with diverse clientele including students, individuals without previous fitness experience, and those with special medical considerations
- Enthusiastic personality with the ability to motivate others
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
