As an English tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students of various levels and ages. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through personalized instruction and practice activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the needs of individual students.
- Conduct one-on-one or group lessons in person or online.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas that need improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate discussions to improve oral communication skills.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
