We are hiring a Dishwasher to join our team of kitchen staff at our restaurant in Funchal. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and utensils. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. Salary for this role is 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its cleanliness
- Organize and store clean dishes properly
- Empty garbage and recycling bins regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with basic food prep as needed

Requirements:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of proper dishwashing techniques and sanitation standards
- Culinary or hospitality education or training
